Aloha! Some fun colors for you this week – 2 previous colorways and 1 new one.
First, WAIMANALO STORM is an homage to our favorite beach on the island of Oahu, which is tucked away in a residential area and is just beautiful. During one outing on the beach we watched as storm clouds came rolling our way and thought the winds might blow them in a different direction. Lo and behold within minutes we were racing to our car and waited inside for 20 minutes until the storm passed. All in all, another fun and exciting experience in Hawaii.
This is Superwash Blue Faced Leicester (BFL) and is a super bouncy fiber. I love spinning it!
Now that my Swiss Chocolate is all gone, I have to re-create the splendors in wool – LOL!! SWISS CHOCOLATE is Merino/Tencel.
BUTTERFLY DUO 2 is based on a photo I took at a butterfly farm in the Caribbean with 2 butterflies on a single flower.Β This is Merino/Silk – yum!
Available on the shoppe.
Beautiful as always! I’m certainly enjoying what I got from you.
